We make and trade aluminum cookware for working kitchens.
Aloure Aluminum Trading PLC supplies households, hotels and restaurants with pots, pans and kettles built to a written specification, not a guess.
Cookware that earns its place on the stove.
Kitchens in this region are hard on cookware. A pot that warps, scorches or loses a handle after one season costs more than it saves, so we build around the parts that fail first.
That means thick, flat bases that stay flat. Walls with consistent gauge. Handles that are riveted rather than glued. And a finish that can be scrubbed every day and still look like cookware.
We sell to households through retailers and directly to hotels, restaurants, caterers and distributors. When a standard size won’t do, we fabricate to your drawing.
Our vision
To be the aluminum cookware supplier that kitchens across Ethiopia and the region reach for first, known for products that last and a supplier that keeps its word.
Our mission
To make dependable, food-safe aluminum cookware at a fair price, backed by a consistent specification, honest lead times and service that continues after delivery.
Core values.
Four principles that decide how we make, price and deliver.
Integrity
We say what a product is, then we make it exactly that way.
- Published gauges and sizes match what ships
- Honest lead times, even when they are long
- Clear written pricing at every order size
Innovation
We improve the things cooks actually notice.
- New tooling for flatter bases and better handle fit
- Custom shapes developed with chefs and buyers
- Finishes tested for daily scrubbing, not only for looks
Precision
Small tolerances add up to pots that sit flat and heat evenly.
- Wall and base thickness measured on every batch
- Fit checks on lids, handles and nesting sets
- Batch codes that let us trace any piece
Sustainability
Aluminum can be recycled again and again, and we plan around that.
- Offcuts and scrap routed to recycling
- Durable products that need replacing less often
- Packaging sized to reduce waste and freight
Manufacturing standards and quality control.
We build to written internal specifications for alloy, wall gauge, base flatness and finish. Five checkpoints make sure each batch matches them.
| Checkpoint | What we check | What we record |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming material | Alloy grade, sheet thickness and surface condition against the purchase specification. | Supplier lot number logged on the batch card. |
| In-process | Disc diameter, drawn depth, wall thickness and base flatness at set intervals. | Operator check sheet, signed each shift. |
| Finishing | Surface defects, polish consistency, and handle and lid fit. | Approved standard samples. Rejects tagged and separated. |
| Final inspection | Capacity, dimensions, rivet security, plus leak and fit tests on sampled units. | Inspection report for every batch. |
| Pre-shipment | Carton counts, labels, packing condition and batch codes against the order. | Dispatch checklist attached to the delivery note. |
