From aluminum ingot to packed carton.
Five stages, each with its own checks and records. Here is what happens at every step.
1
Raw material selection
Every product starts with the right metal. We specify alloy and thickness for each product, then check incoming ingot and sheet against that specification before it reaches the floor.
- Alloy grade confirmed against the purchase specification
- Sheet thickness measured at several points per coil or stack
- Surface checked for scratches, pitting and oil stains
On record: Supplier lot number logged on the batch card.
2
Precision molding
Discs are cut to size, then drawn and spun into pot bodies on tooling that controls wall thickness and depth. Heavy bases are formed or fitted so they sit flat under load.
- Disc diameter and drawn depth checked at set intervals
- Wall and base thickness sampled during the run
- Base flatness checked on a surface plate
On record: Operator check sheet signed at every shift.
3
Polishing and anodizing
Rims are trimmed and every surface is buffed to its target finish, from mirror polish to satin brushed. Selected lines also offer a hard-anodized surface for extra wear resistance.
- Trimmed rims deburred and smooth to the touch
- Polish consistency compared with approved standard samples
- Anodized surfaces checked for even color and coverage
On record: Rejects tagged and separated before assembly.
4
Quality inspection
Finished pieces are assembled with handles and lids, then inspected as a customer would see them. Samples from each batch are measured, fit-tested and checked for leaks.
- Capacity and dimensions measured against the drawing
- Rivet security and handle alignment tested
- Lids fitted and nesting sets stacked to check clearance
- Water test on a sample from each batch
On record: Inspection report filed per batch.
5
Packaging and dispatch
Cookware is cleaned, wrapped and packed in cartons built to protect polished surfaces. Each carton is labeled with the product, quantity and batch code before it leaves the warehouse.
- Pieces wrapped to protect polished and anodized finishes
- Carton counts and labels checked against the order
- Pallets wrapped and loaded for the delivery route
On record: Dispatch checklist attached to the delivery note.
